Product

 

 At Boutique Accessories By Harriet we make every effort to display items as accurately as possible. However, we would respectfully point out that colours and images can vary slightly according to different monitor settings.

 As with any natural products, colours and sizes of pearls and semiprecious stones may vary slightly from those shown.

 All measurements shown are approximate. All earring piercing posts are nickel free. 

 We reserve the right to change, amend or withdraw details and price of our products without prior notice.

 All jewellery is supplied in gift boxes. 

 

Payment

 

 We operate an on-line processing system via PayPal. By clicking items into the shopping cart and submitting your order on the check-out screen you are offering to buy the goods at the price that is stated, subject to our terms and conditions. 

  By placing an order, you agree to our terms of business.

 We reserve the right to refuse to supply goods at our discretion.

 The contract between us will be completed on the dispatch of your order unless you have been notified that your order has not been accepted or you have cancelled your order.

 

Cancellation Policy

 

 Once you submit an order, stock items are prepared for shipment. You can cancel your order at any stage until shipment. If you would like to request the cancellation of an order, please provide:

 1. Customer name 2. Order number or reference 3. Date of your order 4. Product Code and Quantity of the item you would like to cancel.

Delivery UK Orders

 

 Currently, orders are only available for sale in the UK.  The charge for postage is £3.50 per parcel; special delivery is available on request at a cost of £6.50. 

 Orders will be sent by 1st Class recorded delivery and a signature will be required. 

 Items will be delivered within 7-14 days (unless otherwise stated), often sooner subject to stock.

 Although most items are in stock should an item be pending delivery or require reordering, a longer waiting period may occur. In such circumstances customers will be notified by email or phone call. 

 If your order goes missing in transit, you must notify Boutique Accessories By Harriet as soon as possible. This allows us to escalate our enquiry with Royal Mail or carriers. Following the outcome of our enquiries a refund or replacement may be issued at our discretion.

 

Damaged In Transit 

 

 If your product is damaged in transit, make note with the carrier when accepting delivery and contact us immediately on 01482 646436.

 Return the product together with the original packaging to us at: Boutique Accessories By Harriet, 53 Barrow Lane, Hessle, East Yorkshire, HU13 0QB.

 We will replace the item free of charge and take your case up with Royal Mail or carriers.

Returns Policy

 

 Boutique Accessories By Harriet endeavours to supply the highest quality goods and service and operates a simple 7-Day "No Quibble Guarantee" returns policy. If any item is unsuitable, return it to Boutique Accessories By Harriet, 53 Barrow Lane, Hessle, East Yorkshire, HU13 0QB.

 If the 7 day period has lapsed, subject to items being returned in perfect condition, you will be offered a Credit Note to the product value, redeemable at any time over the following 3 months, simply call on 01482 646436. 

 We suggest sending items back via recorded delivery for your own proof of delivery as Boutique Accessories By Harriet cannot accept responsibility for items lost or damaged in return transit. Return carriage postage costs are not reimbursable.

 When returning an item the following must be clearly detailed.

 1. Customer name 2. Order number or reference 3.  Date of your order 4. Product Code and Quantity of the item you would like to cancel.

 

 Any items returned must not have been used or worn as this will result in a refusal to refund. For health and hygiene reasons, No refunds are available on pierced earrings. Rings ordered to specific sizes and Sale Jewellery are also Non-refundable.

 Once we have received returned goods they will be subject to inspection, pending which, we will then refund your PayPal account or exchange the items for something else.

 Refunds after 7 days from the date of dispatch are at the discretion of Boutique Accessories By Harriet.

 Your statutory rights are not affected.
